Beaks Chicken is a popular fried chicken restaurant in Regina, SK offering dine-in, takeout & delivery.
Chef Paul Rogers attended culinary school in the early 2000s and obtained his culinary diploma from NAIT. Pursuing his love for cooking, Chef Paul continued to stage in some of the best restaurants the world has to offer.
After a stage at Noma in Copenhagen, Denmark, Chef Paul returned to Regina, Saskatchewan to finally pursue a culinary venture of his own.
Beaks Chicken was created in 2013 as a food truck and ran seasonally for 4 years before becoming a brick-and-mortar year-round location in 2018. It is gaining popularity locally and attracting visitors as witnessed by growing line-ups and occasional sell-outs.
